Bundesliga is Germanyโ€™s premier soccer league. It has seen several winners over the years while providing some of the most exhilarating moments in the sport.

Bayern Munich is the most successful team in Germany with 32 Bundesliga titles under their belt. And the competition is not even close.

Borussia Dortmund and Borussia Mรถnchengladbach have only won the Bundesliga title 5 times.

FC Kรถln emerged as the winners.

Something unbelievable happened in the 1997/98 season.

FC Kaiserslautern won promotion to the Bundesliga. And that same season, they pipped Bayern to win the Bundesliga by 2 points.

They became the first and only German club to achieve this feat.

The 2003/04 season was a great one for Werder Bremen.

They won the title comfortably, finishing 6 points above Bayern.

Werder Bremen also won their first-ever German double that season. They won both Bundesliga and DFB Pokal.

They became the first and only German club to achieve this feat.

2022/23 was the closest that another team except Bayern has come to winning the Bundesliga. For the past ten years, that is.

Dortmund couldnโ€™t get past the finish line. They needed to win on the last day of the season to win the title.

But they couldnโ€™t.

It was the 11th consecutive season that Bayern had won the Bundesliga title.
